Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks from established clients. If you have any questions regarding the cost of our services, please ask! We always work to establish fair pricing and services that benefit the day-to-day health of your pet.

Requirements

For the safety of you, your pet and others, we ask that all dogs be on a leash and under supervised care both while in the waiting room and exam room areas. We also require that cats be kept in a cat carrier or on a leash, according to your preference. New environments can make pets feel uncomfortable at times, so these small precautions help to ensure that your visit with us is safe and secure throughout.

We also require that all vaccinations be up-to-date to perform routine surgery, drop-off appointments and boarding at our facilities.

First Appointment

We operate by appointment and ask that you contact us at (321) 269–0677 to schedule the date and time of your visit. We also ask that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to ensure we can process your health records, which can be brought directly or sent to us prior to your appointment.

When your appointment begins, we’ll take extra time to answer questions you may have and will pay close attention to your pet to get to know them! We find that by listening attentively to your pet, we can often gain a deeper insight into their well-being and what (if anything) may be causing discomfort.

Our comprehensive health overview will include checking their weight, eyes, ears, nose, teeth and listening to vitals to ensure your pet’s primary functions are operating normally.
