Such knowledgeable staff and wonderful place they even went out of their way to help fix my broken cat carrier. The prices for their service are good as well! Would def recommend. Thank you :)!

I do need to warn you that Dr. Ely has no bedside manner and is pretty rude, speaking loudly about me and others. It felt that I'd been in an abusive relationship. She doesn't come into the room but remains in the hallway, briefly speaking from that vantage point. And, for a long time, she made my friend/transportation sit in his car versus waiting in the near empty lobby. This prompting me to find another veterinarian. On the other hand, Dr. Ely and her staff are really dedicated and knowledgeable. For example, Dr. Ely noticed right away that my mini poodle/ bichon had a skin infection and fever affecting her appetite. She treated my dog effectively and skillfully, along with the staff who are so very kind. Thank you Tia, Lisa and others for your kindnesses.
